Apple-achian Cider

  • 2 oz Whiskey Girl Apple & Maple
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • 1 apple slice

In a mixer, combine Whiskey Girl Apple & Maple and juice. Shake. Then strain into flute or martini glass. Float ginger beer on top. Garnish with an apple slice.
